2. Hosting and server log data
This website is provided using services of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When the website is delivered, technically necessary connection and log data may be processed, in particular IP address, date and time of access, requested resource, referrer, and browser and operating-system information. Processing serves the secure, stable and performant provision of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare provides a Data Processing Addendum for processing on behalf of customers; for relevant international data transfers it provides, among other mechanisms, EU Standard Contractual Clauses and other applicable transfer mechanisms.
3. Contact
If you contact us by email or telephone, the information you provide is processed to handle your enquiry. Depending on the context, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Contact and appointment pages
The contact and appointment pages of this static website do not use an embedded third-party calendar or external form backend. Submitting opens the email function of the device used. Data is transmitted to INTRIXA only when the user subsequently sends the email.
5. Local images and fonts
Images used on this website are delivered locally from the same website. Google Fonts are not embedded; presentation uses system fonts available on the device.
6. LinkedIn and XING
This website contains simple external links to LinkedIn and XING. Merely visiting this website does not establish a connection to those platforms through these links. A connection is made only after a link is clicked.
7. Cookies, analytics and marketing
The current published version of the static INTRIXA website does not use analytics, marketing or social-media tracking scripts and does not set its own tracking cookies for these purposes. No consent banner for such services is therefore implemented in this version. Technically necessary processing by the hosting and security provider remains unaffected.
8. Retention
Personal data is processed only for as long as required for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations.
9. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
